最近升级内核经常错误返回，但内核好像也升级成功了，如何排查呢

提示这样

我后来又单独执行了下这个命令发现 $?确实是1，升级但时候加了-vv 也没啥有价值但信息出来。

没什么问题。要少点警告的话，你设置一下 /etc/vconsole.conf，装一下你的文件系统的用户态工具。

不是，之前warnning也不少，但是 mkinitcpio会返回0，不知道为什么最近都返回1了

好像是的，解决了，装了btrfs(/)和fat(/boot)格式的磁盘检查检查工具就返回0了
