systemd 时间问题！
systemd 时间总是不对，有没有人有什么解决办法？ :em06

用UTC，arch的systemd貌似不能用localtime。

额，去bios手动调整一下，改成北京时间-8小时试试。

发现在xp下，过一会时间就会快8个小时。 :em06 ，不过无所谓了，基本不进xp!

wiki上不是有解决么？
Windows has been able to deal with the RTC being in UTC by setting the following registry key
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation\RealTimeIsUniversalThis needs to be a DWORD key with a value of 1.

也是发现systemd后得时间很难和windows和谐一致，都用UTC叻 :em06
